Complaints, appeals and integrity
Anyone can raise a concern about a certified organisation, an auditor, a certification decision or the use of the HACCP+ mark.
Complaints and appeals concerning HACCP+ are submitted in writing to Belevo Sp. z o.o. at certification@haccpplus.org. Each case is registered, acknowledged and investigated by persons who were not involved in the audit or decision concerned, and the outcome is communicated in writing.
Complaints
You can complain about a certified organisation (e.g. a food-safety incident or a misleading claim), about the conduct of an auditor, or about Belevo’s handling of a case. Please give the organisation’s name and certificate number if known, a description of the issue, dates and any evidence.
Appeals
An organisation may appeal a certification decision (refusal, suspension, withdrawal or reduction of scope) in writing, stating the grounds. The appeal is reviewed by a person independent of the original decision.
Misuse of the certificate or mark
Supervision of the correct use of the certificate is a core requirement of every inspection. If a company refers to HACCP+ but is not listed in the register, or uses the mark outside its certified scope, please report it.
Whistleblowing
Reports concerning bribery, conflicts of interest or falsified audit evidence can be submitted confidentially. Reporters acting in good faith are protected from retaliation.
